Innovative and eco-conscious residential development that redefines urban living. This stunning apartment tower is more than just a place to live—it’s a harmonious blend of contemporary design and sustainable architecture
We were commissioned to design this building by developer. Program included wide living room and kitchen, home theater, a master bedroom - and the most important feature: a rooftop swimming pool and a WOW added features in the facade. Balconies in different directions and vegetation were part of main features in order to achieved this.
